The patented ‘Kiekert’ positive seal arrangement fitted to the bottom of the door provides a sophisticated, reliable and aesthetically pleasing way of eliminating below door drafts. With this system a lower sealing strip is actively raised when the door opens and lowered when the door closes ensuring a positive seal against the door step.

A soft rubber section is fitted along the door wing leading edge. This provides a soft cushion in the event of the door encountering an obstacle during closure and houses the optional sensitive edge system. Pneumatic or electrical sensitive edge system, both available with fail-safe safe-test facilities, can be fitted into the leading edge rubber.
