Inward Opening Glider Doors

The aluminum framed door wings are bonded together using a unique fixing system. Toughened glass panels, available in single glazed or heated versions, are bonded to the doorframe creating high strength high quality door wings. As an option the patented Kiekert lock, available with a variety of key shapes, can be fitted to the door wings. This meets the requirement of European Directive 2001/85/EC allowing the door to be unlocked from the inside even when locked externally. Robust handrails are fitted to assist passenger boarding and alighting.
