Coach Door
The high strength doorframe is of either welded aluminum extrusion construction or uses the unique Deans bonding system. Glass, internal panels and external panels are bonded in place further enhancing the integrity of the doorframe. The specifically designed doorframe extrusions conceal the sealing rubbers from the view when the door wing. The sealing rubbers create a double seal ensuring drafts and noises are reduced to the lowest possible level enhancing passengers comfort. A decorative rubber capping trim runs across the top and down both sides of the door wing. Within this trim is fitted the sensitive edge system which stops the movement of the door, both open or close, should the door encounter an obstacle.
